With over 20 years of experience, Bart has spearheaded multiple projects, including developing low-carbon cement production in Ukraine and integrating recycled materials into new construction products. As Project Director at Neo-Eco Ukraine, he is a recognized expert in eco-materials, advanced deconstruction methodologies, and innovative waste management systems, making him a key thought leader in the field of sustainable infrastructure and circular economy practices.
