Leonor Santa Clara is a Policy Officer in the Unit Industrial Forum, Alliances, Clusters of Directorate-General for Internal Market, Industry, Entrepreneurship and SMEs of the European Commission.
A Portuguese national, she holds a degree in Internatinal Relations from the Institut Universitaire de Hautes Etudes Internationales (now Geneva Graduate Institute) and a Masters in International Relations and Political Science from the Nova University of Lisbon.
Prior to working at the European Commission, Leonor worked as Senior Officer for EU Affairs at the Portuguese Ministry of Economy and before that at the Portuguese Ministry of Higher Education and Research.
