His expertise includes investment management, financial transaction structuring, and building relationships with domestic and international investors. His career spans roles as fund manager (Xplorer Fund S.A. ASI), legal counsel for venture capital transactions (Aper Ventures), and leadership in corporate projects such as mergers, acquisitions, and bond issuances. He combines legal knowledge with market practice to optimize business strategies effectively. A graduate of the University of Warsaw and holder of an Executive MBA from Kozminski University, he also gained international experience at institutions like Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien. Currently, he focuses on strengthening ARP S.A.'s market position and driving key development initiatives.
