Maciej Witucki has served as the President of the Confederation Lewiatan (Lewiatan) — Poland’s leading employers' organization — since June 2019. From 2016 to 2019, he held the position of Vice-President of Lewiatan. He is also the Vice-Chairman of the Presidium of the Social Dialogue Council. Since November 25, 2022, he has served as one of the Vice-Presidents of BusinessEurope.
In addition, he is a member and Co-Chair of Business Advisory Council for Ukraine, which advises the Multi-Agency Donor Coordination Platform (MDCP) — a multilateral donor coordination platform for Ukraine.
Mr. Witucki also serves on the Board of Directors of the Atlantic Council, the Council of the European Council on Foreign Relations, the International Advisory Board of GLOBSEC, the International Business Advisory Board of Kozminski University, and the Council of the Geremek Foundation. He was the founder of the Poland-Haiti Foundation and a co-founder of the “Dorastaj z Nami” Foundation.
He completed his undergraduate studies at the Poznań University of Technology and continued his education at École Centrale Paris, where he completed postgraduate studies in logistics and decision-support systems.
His business career began at Cetelem Bank. In 2005, he became President of the Management Board of Lukas Bank. He joined the Orange Group in 2006, serving as President of the Management Board. From 2016, he held the role of President of the Management Board at Work Service. Currently, he is the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Orange Polska and serves on the Supervisory Boards of Auchan Polska, MAK Ubezpieczenia, and Krynica Vitamin.
