Serving as Director of Intellectual Property Policy at EFPIA, Michael brings nearly a decade and a half of experience in intellectual property and patent law practice on both sides of the Atlantic, previously including time in private firm practice, in-house, and as an independent consultant. He holds a degree in Biochemistry from Harvard University, a J.D. from Duke University School of Law, and is a registered U.S. Patent Attorney at the USPTO.
