Carolina Garcés is a business lawyer who is passionate about innovation. Carolina holds a Master’s in EU Economic and Commercial Law from Lausanne University and a Master’s in Entrepreneurship and Innovation from Lund University.
Carolina has managed several projects in areas such as skills development and supply, digital transformation, cluster development and internationalization of small and medium companies. Carolina also leads the strategic and operational activities of Clusters of Sweden, the Swedish National Association of Clusters. Carolina has experience working with public and private partnerships for the implementation of large-scale projects in Latin America, as well as investment attraction and policy making.
