As VP of the SAP Customer Data Office, Claus is responsible for SAP’s use of customer data for developing intelligent features in SAP’s portfolio.
Besides AI/ML his focus is on data protection and privacy, security and governance processes to ensure the compliant use of customer data within SAP. He is also a member of the SAP AI Ethics Steering Committee.
