Olga Trofymova, PhD, CMC is a Cluster Manager for the Ukrainian Automotive and Mobility Cluster, as well as the co-founder and Head of Internationalisation at the Ukrainian Cluster Alliance. Additionally, she is a manager for Ukraine at EIT Manufacturing.
She is also the President of the Association of management-consultants CMC-Ukraine. She has 20 years of experience as Director, Trainer and Lead Consultant at Quality Centre, which was founded in1991. She has international experience in providing consulting services for 200 SMEs in 11 countries and more than 1000 hours as a trainer for more than 5000 organisation/ participants.
In addition, she is a team leader, coordinator, expert and trainer at 15 International projects (EuropeAID, World Bank, DFID, TACIS, TEMPUS, SWISSContact, GIZ, UNDP). In 2022, she was a Project Leader for the project “Business Development Services provided to Ukrainian MSME in crisis due to the ongoing war” (GIZ), and recently she was a Project Leader for the project “Capacity building component - Industry specific advisory services for MSME and provide services / deliverables”.
