Sophia Reisecker is a member of the EESC, where she is involved in the sections on the single market (INT) and for employment and social affairs (SOC), and the Consultative Commission on Industrial Change (CCMI).
She heads the department for European and international affairs of the Austrian trade union GPA. She holds functions in various European Trade Union Federations and works with worker and management representatives in multinational companies in the manufacturing sector.
Sophia Reisecker holds a bachelor’s degree in Sociology.
