Andrii Teliupa

Andrii Teliupa completed his higher education at the Zaporizhzhia Institute of Economics and Information Technologies, with an Honour's Degree in International Economy. He also has an MBA in Public Administration from the International Management Institute (MIM-Kyiv).

By Order of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine dated 2 August 2024 No. 714-p, he was appointed to the post of Deputy Minister of Economy of Ukraine. As Deputy Minister, he coordinates the development of proposals and the implementation of adopted decisions concerning: the formulation and implementation, within the powers prescribed by law, of the state financial, budgetary and tax policy, drawing up the Budget Declaration; formulation and implementation of the state price policy; introduction and implementation of a mechanism for state support for exports; and creation and operation of a system of insurance of military risks. He also coordinates the implementation and monitoring of the implementation of the National Energy and Climate Plan for the period up to 2030.

As Deputy Minister, he is responsible for directing, coordinating and controlling the performance of: Department of Development of the Real Sector of the Economy; Department of Financial Policy and War Risk Insurance; Department of Public Procurement and Competitive Policy; Sector of coordination of the implementation of the National Energy and Climate Plan; Sector for organizational and analytical support of the Deputy Minister’s work.
