Célia Cruz is the Founder and CEO at Complear, where she supports digital health and medtech companies with software and AI solutions. In 2025, she and Complear were recognized as winners of the Women in Tech EU awards. She has over 14 years of experience in healthcare innovation and more than 7 years specializing in software as a medical device. She holds a PhD in Chemical and Biological Engineering and an MSc in Bioengineering, focusing on Biomedical Engineering. Additionally, she serves as an Invited Professor at the University of Porto.
