Jacek Libucha is an expert in strategic projects for the arms and energy sectors. He gained international experience carrying out projects in, among others, the United States and South Africa. He worked as a director in the Warsaw office of The Boston Consulting Group. He is a graduate of MBA program at IESE Business School in Barcelona, Officer Candidate School in Wroclaw and Coastal Defense Academy in the United States. As an officer of the Armed Forces, he served in units in Poland and abroad. On October 15, 2020, by decision of the Supervisory Board of Wytwórnia Sprzętu Komunikacyjnego "PZL-Świdnik", he was appointed the President of the Management Board.
