Larisa Panait is Policy Advisor for Skills at Eurochambres, where she leads the organisation’s work on skills, education and training, entrepreneurship, and migration. With over eight years of experience in field of skills, she brings a strong understanding of how to connect education systems with labour market needs. Before joining Eurochambres, she worked at the European Commission and in two Romanian NGOs, where she worked on EU skills policy and coordinated national and European projects. Her work focuses on making skills systems more responsive, inclusive, and business-driven across Europe.
