Piotr is Executive Director at P&W Rzeszów and P&W AeroPower, providing strategic leadership for P&W campus in Rzeszów, covering Engineering, Operations, APU and Aftermarket. Piotr is also a member of the Board of the Aviation Valley, supporting the development of the aerospace sector in the region. Piotr joined P&W Rzeszów in 2006 over the years has broadened his professional experience and leadership capabilities through various roles in manufacturing and program management. His career path also included an assignment at P&W Canada as APU Program Director, where he was in charge of transferring program management responsibility to Poland. In 2020, Piotr became part of the P&W AeroPower team as Managing Director. In 2022, he advanced to the role of General Director, taking responsibility for the two legal entities at P&W campus in Rzeszów (P&W Rzeszów and P&W AeroPower). Piotr holds an engineering degree from the Rzeszów University of Technology and has participated in several leadership development programs, including the Thayer Leadership Program and the Strategic Leadership Program led by Helios.
