Dirk joined EURATEX as a Director General in September 2019, representing the interests of over 200 000 European companies in the textiles and clothing industry. His mandate is to promote a competitive, sustainable and innovative European Textiles and Clothing industry.
Prior to EURATEX, he worked for EUROCHAMBRES, the European Chamber of Commerce lobby. Dirk has an economic background and holds a Master's degree from the College of Europe, Bruges.
