Paolo Guglia, MSc, MBA, PMP, FRINA, is Innovation and Policy Manager at Fincantieri.
He joined Fincantieri in 2002, with different roles within the Innovation Department, after a short period in EniPower.
He graduated in Electrical Engineering from the University of Trieste, holds an MBA in Energy Industry from Eni Corporate University, is a certified PMP from PMI and a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Naval Architects.
He represents Fincantieri in trade associations’ committees of Hydrogen Europe (where he chairs the Waterborne Transport Group), SEA EUROPE, Waterborne TP, and ASD. He contributes to the activities of the Renewable Low Carbon Industrial Value Chain Alliance and the Clean Hydrogen Alliance. He is a member of the Expert Groups of the European Commission: 'Innovation Fund Expert Group' and 'European Sustainable Shipping Forum'.
