Ruslana Pokotylo is the founder of the textile startup 0412 Atelier, located in Zhytomyr, Ukraine.
The main concern of the startup is 'smart wearing'. Ruslana has a Master of Psychology from Ukrainian National Pedagogical Dragomanov University, Kyiv, Ukraine. From 2020 to 2022, she was a development manager for WOW-HOW Studio in Kyiv/Kharkiv, Ukraine.
During her studies, other jobs and projects, she worked in the fashion industry, with which she is still associated. She has worked both in the EU and in Asia. She also worked in the production and b2b sales departments of Prada, Miu Miu, Costume Nationale, Valentino, etc., in addition to being a model in photoshoots and runways. She has also worked extensively with Tao Bao.
Thanks to various experiences, she has developed her own view of fashion in general, but especially in the textile sector, as well as in the production sector. Ruslana has always had a desire to make a positive impact, both in the homeland of Ukraine and in the broader European market.
