More than 20 years experience in the field of European integration, customs law and trade disputes settlement, including leading positions in the Government Office, Ukrainian Customs and Federation of Employers of Ukraine. Member of the Ukrainian Delegation in the negotiations on the Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area between Ukraine and EU and one of the authors of Title IV “Trade and Trade-related Matters” of the Ukraine-EU Association Agreement. One of developers of the Government Action Plan on the implementation of the Ukraine-EU Association agreement. Participation in the adaptation of Ukrainian customs legislation to the Union Customs Code and implementation of European trade facilitation instruments in Ukraine. Member of the EU-Ukraine Domestic Advisory Group. Authors of publications on state aid and tax benefits.
