Flora Seube is Head of European Affairs at Eutelsat Group, a French based global leader in satellite communications. Based in Brussels, she built and now leads the Group’s EU representation, advancing Eutelsat’s public policy strategy across key areas such as defense, security, space, and digital regulation.
Flora joined Eutelsat in 2019 and has since accompanied the company through major transformations, including the strategic merger with OneWeb, reinforcing Eutelsat’s position at the forefront of the global space and connectivity sector.
Before joining Eutelsat, Flora built a diverse career across both public and private sectors in Canada, India, Germany, the Netherlands, and France. Her experience spans international consultancy in mobility and business development in India, global event coordination with the World Fair Trade Organization in the Netherlands, as well as roles in public affairs and communications in Berlin and at the French Senate in Paris.
Flora holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from the University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne and an MBA in Risk, International Security, and Cybersecurity from the Ecole de Guerre Économique.
