Ines Recio Alcaide joined Air Liquide Poland as CEO in April 2023. Prior to that, she held various management and engineering positions at Air Liquide Group, working in many locations around the world, including Germany, South Korea and Ukraine. She specializes in energy transition, particularly hydrogen and CCS technologies, as well as Co2 emissions management. She has extensive experience in financial management, especially in investment decisions and mergers and acquisitions, which she gained at Air Liquide Group in France. In her last role, Ines developed and coordinated the creation of Advance, our group strategic plan.
