Konrad Wilczak holds the Deputy Head of Poland position at the EBRD’s Warsaw office.
An accomplished corporate finance professional, Konrad has more than 14 years of experience at the EBRD, where he has played a key role in business development and project delivery in Poland. He was instrumental in originating and structuring projects across the Corporate sector, contributing to over EUR 1 billion in signed investments. Over the last couple of years, Konrad also played a pivotal role in generating substantial pipeline in the real estate sector, opening the Bank’s activities to new asset classes. Prior to working at the EBRD, Konrad honed his financial expertise as an Investment Associate in BZ WBK (Santander), focusing on capital market transactions. His earlier career at EY involved advisory and financial modelling for infrastructure projects, public-private partnerships, and restructurings. Konrad is a member of CFA Institute and holds the CFA charter.
