Krzysztof is an expert in innovation policy, technology commercialization, and the development of ecosystems supporting the creation and implementation of new technologies. For over 20 years, he has operated at the intersection of public policy, science, and business, driving innovation and the digital transformation of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).
Currently, he heads the Commercialization Department at Łukasiewicz – PIAP, where his responsibilities include the commercialization of robotic and manufacturing technologies, as well as the development of technology start-ups. He is the initiator and leader of numerous national and European initiatives, such as PIAP HUB DIH and the National Contact Point for Industry 4.0 within the Horizon Europe programme. He also co-creates the Skills Council for the Automation and Robotics Sector and represents the EIT Manufacturing community in Poland. Previously, he managed PIAP-Scientech, participated in the implementation of the European ADMA methodology in Poland, and served on the steering committee of the INNOSBZ unmanned platform development programme. His work focuses on leveraging economic policy instruments and European funds to enhance industrial competitiveness and build technological capabilities.
