Economist and manager with many years of experience, including ten years in international development institutions. From 2017 to 2024, he served as a representative of the International Finance Corporation (IFC), an agency of the World Bank Group in Poland.Previously, he oversaw the implementation of strategic projects at PKP Intercity. From 2011 to 2014, he was an advisor on the Supervisory Board of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, and from 2008 to 2011 he was a financial markets analyst at the National Bank of Poland. He has academic experience gained at the Warsaw School of Economics. He holds a degree in economics from the Warsaw School of Economics and the Sustainable Corporations programme at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
