Cecilia is the Program Director for Produktion2030, a Swedish platform for Industry 4.0.
She works as a Senior expert in production, industrial research and innovation at the Swedish Association of Engineering Industries and acts as senior adviser to the Swedish government on R&D policy. Cecilia has extensive experience in innovation and collaboration projects, including systemic changes in education, up-skilling and dissemination. She has more than 20 years of experience developing industrial R&D policy and industrial R&D funding tools, in addition to developing industry-relevant test and demonstration facilities.
Cecilia has extensive experience building networks and collaborations with industry, research institutes and academies in Sweden and internationally: She is a Board member of EFFRA (European Factories of the Future Research Association), and prior to that Cecilia was Chair of EIT Manufacturing (2020 – 2023).
