Lisa Maltagliati is Deputy Head and Director for Corporate Affairs at Stora Enso.
Stora Enso is a leading provider of renewable products in packaging, biomaterials, and wooden construction. Lisa is based in Stockholm and has been with Stora Enso since 2021. Her portfolio includes industrial policy and innovation, with Lignode® – a bio-based battery anode material – a good example of innovation developed by the company’s Biomaterials Division.
Lisa has a background in EU Affairs and public policy in both Stockholm and Brussels. Prior to joining Stora Enso in 2021, Lisa was Economic Attaché at the British Embassy to Sweden, having also worked in the Embassy’s Trade section on inward investment projects. Before moving to Sweden in 2008, Lisa spent 14 years in Brussels working mainly for UK regional representations as well as the European Commission’s Secretariat General.
