Mr. Patrick Cox is the CEO of TREE Consortium in Italy. The 17 member companies of TREE have an annual turnover of 60 milion euros (2021), employ 400 persons and maintain 40 000 elevators. TREE focuses on customer needs to prioritise improvement of employee hard and soft skills and in the streamlining and automation of processes of member companies.
Mr. Cox has 30 years of experience in the service industries (Ford, DHL, SKY). He has contributed to the creation of customer value through process and product improvement.
