Ryan Parkin is a Chartered Accountant (CA) with almost 15 years spent in Europe and Australia.
He has experience in mergers and acquisitions, capital raising and startups within the public and private corporate sectors. Having become a Member of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand whilst at Ernst & Young in 2004, a move to corporate development and finance roles included four years with an ASX 200 company.
Mr Parkin has extensive experience working closely with public and private company boards and providing financial modelling & business valuations with participation in transactions across a range of industry sectors, including infrastructure, technology, resources, agribusiness and property.
